Withdrawal Issues

If the withdrawal has not been processed or completed, please contact us by Live Chat of Help Center to cancel the withdrawal request.


Withdrawal cancelled

1) Account information is incorrect

Please check your account information and make another withdrawal after updating the correct information.

2) Technical issues with payment gateways

Please make another withdrawal and we will process it according to the payment schedule.

3) Insufficient available balance in account

Please adjust the withdrawal amount and try again, or withdraw in another currency.

4) Payment declined, recipient cannot accept payment

PayPal notified us that the payment was declined because you may have set your account to not accept payments from us. Please log into PayPal to check your account settings. You can withdraw money again after you resolve the PayPal issue and update your account information to the latest.


Withdrawal delayed

1) Public holiday

Your withdrawal will be processed within normal working days.

2) System maintenance

Our finance department will check with the payment gateway and process your payment as soon as the maintenance is over.

3) Payment unclaimed

We have processed the withdrawal request, but PayPal shows it as unclaimed. Please log in to your PayPal account to make currency arrangements and accept the payment.
