Mortal Kombat Mobile is a fighting game released in 2015. As a part of the Mortal Kombat fighting game series, it has similar mechanics and graphics with standard Mortal Kombat X. The developer NetherRealm Studio, published MK Mobile on March 2, 2015. It is described as a free-to-play-fighting and card-battler hybrid game. Its iOS version was released on April 7, 2015. The Andriod version was released in some Asian countries on April 21, 2015. The primary features of MK Mobile are characters and equipment, which are shown as cards. players can assign 3 character cards and equip them with additional cards to increase these characters' stats. Mortal Kombat Mobile characters feature 4 ranking levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Each character can be equipped with 3 additional equipment cards, except for Diamond character card, which can be equipped with 4 additional cards. Each of them has specific attacks based on the card value. Bronze cards have two specific attacks, and Silver, Gold, and Diamond cards have three specific attacks. There are six kinds of character cards in Mortal Kombat Mobile: Elder God Characters, Martial Artist Characters, Netherrealm Characters, Nomad Characters, Outworld Characters, and Spec Ops Characters.
